By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application for your internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to resell the Application, make any derivative works, or otherwise use the Application for commercial purposes.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Application. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Application.
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PlainQode and its licensors. Your use of the Application does not grant you any ownership rights to the Application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica and the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users agree that any legal action or proceeding related to their access to or use of the Application shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Jamaica or Delaware, depending on the nature of the action.
